Following a phone call from the courier, the TV was delivered exactly on time. Very pleased about this. The only mildly negative comment I'd make is that there doesn't seem to be a "track your order" link on the Sound & Vision Online website, tracking only seems possible when using the link emailed to you after you've ordered. This might be a handy addition if customers want to quickly check the status of their orders from their place of work, for example. Anyway, the item ordered was exactly as described and arrived undamaged and on time. I also saved a shed load of money compared to the RRP and some other sites. Wholeheartedly recommended.”
